Wendy and Russ relocated to Greater Moncton from Midland, Ontario in 1998 with their two children, Steven then 14 and Ashley 9.
They learned first hand the joys and challenges of relocating to a new community without family or friends nearby. As a family who was always involved in sports, the family decided to look at this move as an adventure and the family team had to work together and support each other.
Russ had over 25 years experience as a Golf Professional in Midland, Ontario where he managed the sales at his Pro Shop. Wendy was the Director of Health Records at the local hospital.
Russ started his new career with Royal Oaks as the Director of Real Estate Sales in 1998 and within the year Wendy was a licensed REALTOR®. Their success story in real estate includes Hall of Fame Awards and the National Chairman’s Award in 2011, 2012 and 2013 plus Top 1% in Canada Sales Team Awards with Royal LePage.
Wendy and Russ are respected REALTORS® in the community and pride themselves with helping others relocate to and from Moncton. They specialize in residential real estate with a particular interest in condo sales, empty nester bungalows, and new construction. First time home buyers and seniors are very comfortable trusting Team Howard with their real estate needs.
You probably recognize Russ as a two- time world curling champion, 2006 Olympic Gold Medalist, and currently as a TSN commentator for major national and international championship curling events.
As an elite athlete, Russ knows what it takes to excel in sports and his real estate career. Wendy has a background in Risk Management and Quality Assurance; strong assets a REALTOR® should possess. Let Team Howard put their knowledge, experience, and strategy to work for you when you are purchasing or selling a home.
Now that you know Wendy and Russ, let Team Howard plan your strategy…. then love where you live!
