Management Team
One of the strengths of Royal LePage Atlantic is the ownership and management team that is in place across Atlantic Canada. With diverse backgrounds, but common core values, this group is committed not only to raising the level of business standards at Royal LePage Atlantic, but improving the real estate industry one client experience at a time.
Shirley Fillmore Moncton
Shirley has been a successful sales associate and owner of her own brokerage. She now puts this depth of knowledge to work helping her associates bring their careers to the next level of success. Quite simply, she knows the real estate industry inside-and-out and uses this vast experience and insight to guide her team to exceptional results. Yet if you were to ask Shirley what makes her tick, she’d tell you nothing is more important than the coaching relationships she forms with each and every agent.
“I care and they know it,” Shirley says. “I want my associates to reach new heights of success and achieve their goals, both professionally and personally. That is what motivates me as a leader.”
She has served as a Director and President of both the Greater Moncton Real Estate Board, and the New Brunswick Real Estate Association, as well as Director and member of the Management board of the Canadian Real Estate Association.
Matt Honsberger Halifax Metro
Matt Honsberger’s background in Training and Finance was key in establishing a successful 4 year career in sales. He has been a broker in the Halifax region for 4 years now and loves every minute of it. Originally from Southern Ontario, he knew that he was home the first time he stepped off a plane in Halifax. Outside of Royal LePage Atlantic, Matt is an active participant in the community, volunteering as a coach for two different basketball teams, playing on another, and working closely with Phoenix House to raise funds for the shelter foundation.
