5 things you should know about mold
Did you know ……
1. Mold are microscopic fungi that can grow inside the home and become a health hazard.
2. The good news is that mold cannot grow when an area is dry.
3. As a preventative measure, keep an eye on bathrooms, storage rooms, and other areas that are potentially exposed to water Check the attic too and be sure there is enough air circulation to prevent mild from growing there.
4. Mold remediation can be very expensive when it gets out of control and has to be professionally removed.
5. When it comes time to sell your home, the discovery of mold can scare off your Purchaser and prevent the sucessful sale of your home.
