MEET ALAN...

Alan originally hails from Cape Breton with time spent in Ottawa and Toronto before making the Halifax area his home since 1992.

Alan’s real estate career was launched in 2007 after spending time in the public service sector. He’s had tremendous success working with residential resale, condominium resale, corporate relocations, RCMP and Military posts, as well as first time home buyers and new construction.  To date, Alan has been a consistent award winner with Royal LePage Atlantic (RLPA) including the Diamond Award (Top 3% of the market place) and the Director’s Platinum Award (Top 5% of the market place).

An established Realtor with RLPA, Alan brings together his knowledge of the industry, and skills from negotiating hundreds of successful transactions, to provide the utmost in service.  Honesty, truthfulness and integrity combined with dedication are philosophies he strives for in all aspects of his business practices. He is grateful to have worked with so many fantastic people and would love the opportunity to work for you!

Currently, Alan is a Member of the Errors and Omissions Committee at the Nova Scotia Association of Realtors (NSAR) and sat as Past Chair of NSAR’s Government Relations Committee. Its Alan’s firm belief the real estate industry impacts our province economically, environmentally and socially. Realtors have a responsibility to recognize this in all aspects of what they do.

Alan has been fortunate to work extensively in the Halifax/Dartmouth Region and is proud to call Nova Scotia his home. Every summer his wife and two kids manage to go 'back home' to see his mom and spend some much needed rest and relaxation on the beautiful Bras d'Or Lakes, Cape Breton Island.
