About Alan

Alan is a lifelong entrepreneur and has over 20 years of retail experience as the owner of a True Value hardware store.  Alan built his first home at the age of 26 and has purchased, renovated and sold investment properties.  This firsthand experience and knowledge of home construction and renovation is invaluable to his clients when buying or selling a home or investment property.

Alan and his wife, Kathy chose to move to Riverview from Saskatchewan in 2011.  Business opportunities first drew their attention to the Maritimes, but it was the awe-inspiring beauty of the landscape, endless outdoor activities, cultural diversity and friendliness of the people that finalized their decision to make Riverview and the GMA their home.  Alan and Kathy have three phenomenal sons and two absolutely fabulous grandchildren who all reside in Saskatchewan. Alan loves playing hockey and hiking and whenever possible he enjoys the opportunity to use his carpentry skills as a volunteer at the local Habitat for Humanity build site
