About Cohen

Cohen understands the value of honesty, trust and the importance of laughter. He knows each real estate transaction requires hard work, competence, loyalty to his client, and educated negotiations.A serial entrepreneur by nature, Cohen’s passion for real estate is a result of over 11 years combined work experience in the various areas of the industry including residential and commercial sales, real estate investor, property management and project management.

Inspired by real estate early after managing an apartment building, Cohen purchased his first income property at the age of nineteen in his hometown of Antigonish, Nova Scotia. The years following flipping real estate included many wins and losses, and growing a portfolio of fifty units before becoming a licensed REALTOR® in the fall of 2010. After starting the business rurally, he relocated to Halifax the following year.

A young leader in the marketplace, Cohen now leads Summit Group at Royal LePage Atlantic and has earned multiple awards for real estate sales including RE/MAX Executive Club (2013,2014, 2017) and RE/MAX 100% Club (2015, 2016). What distinguishes Cohen in the marketplace is strong market knowledge, above average use of technology, his goal-oriented passion for achieving the common goal of finding your dream home or accomplishing the sale for your current property.
