Derek is a lifelong resident of HRM and as a Realtor, has over 38 years making his clients feel the trust they deserve, in making the biggest investment of their lifetime.

He has sold everything from a first-time home to large land developments, and multi-unit and commercial properties, of all sizes. His personal interests include spending time with his family, sailing, golfing, history, exploring N.S. and travel.
