About Jas

Jas Chohan is a self-motivated entrepreneur who has investments in hotels, construction and multiple commercial properties in Saint John. She brings sixteen years of experience in sales, management, leadership, customer service and project management.  

Jas holds a B.Sc. in Information Technology and is also a certified Project Management Professional. She moved from Toronto to Saint John in 2008 upon the acquisition of her first business. She immediately fell in love with the Maritime life-style which emerged into a strong passion that inspired her to help others call New Brunswick home.

She has a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. She provides quality service allowing her to build long-lasting relationships with clients and more importantly, maintains those relationships by communicating effectively. Her background as a business owner for several business ventures gives her real estate business a high level of leadership and professionalism. She understands that buying a property is a big decision; therefore she is flexible, negotiates on behalf of the client and uses her analytical skills to accurately price and market the properties.

Jas is a full-time real estate agent and continuously upgrades her education and knowledge, as she believes “learning never stops”.

When she isn’t helping her clients find their dream home, she loves spending time with her two daughters and husband. She is fond of organizing and everything related to cleaning. She also enjoys shopping and derives pleasure from traveling, visiting new places and enriching her worldview from these experiences.
