About Jason

From being raised on the building lot where I swung the hammer on everything from new construction to major renovations, to being a proud Dalhousie Bachelor of Management Alum where I started my professional career as a Mortgage Broker, all the way to selling homeowners’ largest investments and having the pleasure of handing over keys to new buyers as a Realtor; I have explicit knowledge and hands-on experience with every aspect of Real Estate. 

 

My business philosophy is that every real estate transaction should be made as smooth and stress free as possible. To ensure this I use all facets of my education and experience to treat every transaction as if it were my own. 

  

My personal goal is to make every purchase or sale positive! I strive to create an enjoyable business experience for my clients, that ultimately makes it an easy decision for them refer me to their family and friends. Having the privilege of being trusted to work with referred clients is something I love, as I feel I’m not just building new relationships, but supporting my previous clients as well!
