About Kevin

Kevin was born and raised in the Maritimes before relocating to Toronto to obtain an education in Print Media where he was awarded the Dean's Medal for highest GPA in his graduating class. As a result, Kevin devoted himself
to a 20-year career in Sales, Marketing & Business Development for one of the largest Print Media companies in North America, receiving multiple sales awards through the years.

Having a keen interest in real estate and flipping properties led Kevin to buy, sell and renovate many homes in the Greater Toronto Area including his first home in downtown Toronto. Feeling a strong urge to return to his roots on the East Coast, Kevin and his family relocated to the Annapolis Valley where his wife obtained degrees at Acadia University and he began a project of his own doing renovations on a 9 acre farmhouse where he currently resides with his family.

Kevin is a highly motivated people-person who seeks challenges and opportunities; he achieves results and creates relationships by putting client needs first. Integrity, trust and hard work form the foundation on which his client relationships are built. Kevin believes that if it were easy anyone could do it! Building relationships, serving clients, real estate, home renovations & personal development are just a few things that Kevin is passionate and excited about.

In his spare time, Kevin enjoys spending time with family and friends, shucking oysters, working on home renovations and touring the beautiful Annapolis Valley countryside on his vintage motorcycle.
