Chantal Levesque
Originally from New Brunswick, Chantal moved to Halifax at the turn of the millennium to attend Dalhousie University. She loved the city so much that she decided to make Halifax her permanent home after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce. Chantal started her first business, IntenCity Interactive Entertainment an Internet café/gaming centre and custom computer store, at age 22. This led to her leading the national program for the World Cyber Games, the largest video game competition in the world, on behalf of Samsung Canada. This unique experience gave her an opportunity to travel the world, which has always been one of her childhood dreams.
In 2005, Chantal decided to apply her business and marketing skills for the benefit of home buyers and sellers as she began her real estate career with Royal LePage Atlantic. As a bilingual REALTOR®, she quickly earned a solid reputation in the marketplace due to her high standards of excellence and professionalism. Chantal has a keen eye and incredible attention to detail, which is consistently praised by her clients, who value her thoroughness and anticipation of their needs. Chantal continually strives to ensure her clients have the best experience possible.
Chantal’s love for real estate inspired her to purchase her first income property in 2016. She quickly discovered a passion for hosting travelers after making her property available for short-term rentals. In July 2017, she earned her SuperHost status on Airbnb, which she’s very proud of. As a homeowner and real estate investor, Chantal understands the local market and leverages her extensive knowledge and experience to assist her clients.
When she’s not working with clients, Chantal is an endurance athlete, always pushing her limits and looking for ways to improve performance. She has already completed several marathons, including three Abbott World Marathon Majors in New York, Chicago, and Berlin. Tokyo and London are next on her list! When time allows, she loves spending time in the kitchen creating healthy new plant-based recipes.
