Craig Powell brings more than 25 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. He provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively.

As an owner/operator of a successful printing / design company and a Canon Canada business partner for over 21 years, Craig has been responsible for overall leadership, growth, direction, cash management and strategic planning.  Craig has worked with companies such as General Motors, AECOM,  Darlington Nuclear, and the City of Toronto to name a few. He provided these companies with print and media, supplies, equipment and full service print solutions and worked hand in hand with these companies on many large projects.  

Craig supplied services for real estate professionals, retail owners, architects, civil engineers, surveyors, project managers and contractors providing everything from equipment and supplies to full design and print services.  This experience, along with Craig's positive, outgoing personality has allowed him to thrive in sales, marketing and of course dealing with the public.

In addition to years of sales and marketing experience, Craig has always kept up with technology and has acquired a vast array of technical skills ranging from graphic and web design to drone and conventional photography. He strongly believes that the future of business, especially Real Estate, will be online and he has all the necessary tools to help his customers. 

Craig works with residential property owners and buyers.  He makes 3 promises :

2. He will be brutally honest.
3.  He will do what he says he is going to do for you.

Craig sold his family owned business, Total Reproductions Inc, in 2016 for a change in lifestyle.  He left Ontario with his wife and embraced the East Coast. They now live by the ocean and represent Royal LePage Atlantic. It is their sincere wish to share what they have discovered in this beautiful province through their blog and to find homes for like minded people.
