For over 20 years, James has negotiated contracts from $10,000 to multi-millions of dollars with some of Canada's largest utility companies. As a Realtor, James's mathematics degree from St. FX, knowledge of contracts, attention to detail and experience developing an 85-acre subdivision, provide an experience that you can trust.
Married with two kids, when James isn't busy negotiating contracts, he's either enjoying time with his family or enjoying bonfires and fishing with friends and family at their cottage in Guysborough.
With the exception of working for the Canadian Armed Forces in Germany for 3 years, James has lived his entire life right here in Pictou County where he helped build an award-winning environmental business.
