From a young age, Kseniya has always been passionate about helping others. Growing up in Ukraine, Kseniya would help her grandparents every weekend with farm duties and her parents with babysitting her brother. Being one of the top students in her classes, Kseniya-Krystina often assisted her classmates with math homework. Every day after school, she would travel to her music school to attend her violin lessons, where she studied for several years.
A busy schedule has never slowed Kseniya – Krystina down, and after finding her true passion during the pandemic, Kseniya- Krystina decided to put her heart and soul into becoming a REALTOR. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate market as a Property Manager and with an immense passion for helping people find their dream home or a place to start their own business, Kseniya- Krystina knew becoming a realtor was the right decision. Apart from her deep and invested interest in becoming a REALTOR, Kseniya -Krystina also has boundless knowledge of how a home should look and feel to be safe and healthy to live in. She has assisted many customers with property management by finding renters, selecting top contractors based on budget and needs, and being available to oversee the overall property maintenance. Assisting her father with their small renovation business, Kseniya-Krystina picked up many fundamental insights that help buyers pick the right home or what it may cost them to upgrade it. In addition, she has excellent exposure and connections to some of Halifax’s top contractors as she has been in business with them for several years from her prior property and asset management experience.
Starting this new journey with Royal LaPage Atlantic, Kseniya-Krystina has already achieved Director Platinum Award and was nominated for Rookie of the Year in just her first year!
