tenants as well as for landlords. Tim has also negotiated land sales for national and
local firms. For investment sales, he has handled transactions for national investors
and local developers in the office, industrial, and retail, sectors as well as multi-
residential buildings.
In addition to being one of the most diversified commercial advisors in Nova Scotia, Tim
has been involved in the community as a Board member and volunteer of numerous
organizations. He is currently a member of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission
(NSREC) Commercial Committee, as well as a member of NSREC's Complaints
Review Committee and Discipline Committee.
