Carla entered the Real Estate Industry in the late eighties as a sales representative and assumed Managerial functions from the 1990's onward, holding Agent/Manager/Broker licenses in both New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. In her leadership roles Carla provided training and coaching to agents helping them grow their real estate business while continually improving their quality of services they provided to their clients and to market themselves to those in our community in need of these services. Carla has been involved in many aspects of organized Real Estate over the past 25 years. She has served as: Director and President of the Greater Moncton Real Estate Board Director of the New Brunswick Real Estate Association Chair of the Committee of Examiners for New Brunswick Real Estate Association Member of the National Advisory Council to the President of RLP Canada Committee Member of the Real Estate for Insurance Alliance Committee member of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation Carla has also received the distinguished Dave Hawkin's award in 2011 which is an award recognizing the outstanding contribution an individual gives to the Real Estate Industry. As a commitment to the continuous improvement to the quality of service in the New Brunswick Real Estate Industry Carla has been a teaching the pre-licensing course and the Manger's Course for the New Brunswick Real Estate Association in the past several years as well as other educational courses for sales associates throughout New Brunswick. As the sales teams of both Royal LePage offices in Moncton and Shediac recently joined forces, Carla became a proud member of the leadership team, bringing a depth of knowledge and experience to Royal LePage Atlantic and company that is continuously striving to improve the level of expertise their sales associates bring to their clients.
